Have I ever wondered what it would be like to get hit in the face with a watermelon? Hells no. Have I ever wanted to see a random girl on a TV show get pummeled by one from something out of robin hood. Hells to the yes…
Disney Channel’s Blam! is ridiculous, but the Blam! Parody is ridiculously awesome
So the Disney Channel has these new mini cartoon segments where they have some jackass narrate condensed versions of their old cartoons because why would we ever want to respect the intelligence level of kids… Shows like Yo Gabba Gabba, Sesame Street, the Muppets and movies like (Insert any Pixar film) prove that you don’t have to make something dumbed down for it to cater to kids and that they can appreciate cleverness and creativity.
So yeah… I digress… watch the clip above to see how lame these mini cartoons are and then after the jump watch another one (just to really indulge in their craptasticness), and then a brilliant (and hilariously effed up) parody that utilizes the movie UP… Spoiler Alert: It gives away the what-would-be-emotional opening sequence of the movie…
Morning Dose Of Lamebook

Everyone try this on their friends. Right. Now.
Pic Of The Day

I kinda slacked off this week on the whole Pic Of The Day thing, so ummm yeah… here’s one for ya… a pretty clever license plate.
3G Art Show Tomorrow: Gremlins, Ghostbusters, Goonies

I don’t think it looks to be as good as Crazy 4 Cult, but there’s gonna be some rad art inspired by the 80s classics (Gremlins, Ghostbusters, and The Goonies) on display at the 3G art show at Gallery 1988 here in LA. The show opens tomorrow night and goes through Sept 22. As a bonus, Joe Dante (director of Gremlins) has said that he will be paying a visit on opening night, so keep a look out for this guy and make some stupid joke about not wanting to feed him after midnight… I’m sure it’ll be a real hit. Sadly, there will be no artwork inspired by the current form of cell phone service popular here in America. Kinda misleading title if you ask me.
Inception Cat Will Brighten Your Day And Haunt Your Nightmares
If it’s one thing the internet has proven to the world (or me at least), is that cats are pretty damn amusing… and a good music score can make almost anything entertaining. Just wait till you see the video of me clipping my toe nails to the Dances With Wolves soundtrack… it’ll have you at the edge of your seat.
Never Lets Me Down: Between Two Ferns
This is funny. You should watch it and laugh. I did. I also took an extra dose of vitamins today and my pee came out glowing like alien blood.
Marrs Attacks: Commercial I Produced For Disturbed “Asylum” Out Today
This is a commercial for Disturbed’s newest album “Asylum” that I produced that is currently on rotation on TV. Disturbed is one of the first bands I worked with when I first started off… Really cool and surprisingly really genuinely nice dudes. Seriously, hang out with these guys one night and they’ll ooh-wah-ah-ah their way right into your heart. So yeah… it’s rad to still be doing stuff for them and to see them still doing well… and ummmm… yeah… thus concludes my banter. Enjoy.
Rad: Art From BIC Pens

True story: When my mom first moved to America she could barely speak English and one time in class she was so nervous while trying to answer a question, she sucked up the cap of a BIC pen and then had to poop it out. She later gave birth to me and now I’m writing this blog post about BIC pens and I’ve been known to poop on occasion. It all comes full circle. More info on these clever art projects HERE

Note To Self: If I ever encounter a talking poop that swims, don’t trust a word it says…
